14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund.

If you ask us to begin delivering the service during this 14-day period, you agree that:

  • You may lose your right to a full refund once delivery has started.​

  • If you cancel after delivery has begun, we may deduct a fair amount to cover the work already completed.

After 14 Days

Refunds are not normally available once the 14-day cancellation period has passed.​

We may consider refunds outside this period at our discretion if exceptional circumstances apply.

How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@structured-pm.com with the following details:

  • Your name​

  • Purchase details (date, deliverable purchased)​

  • Reason for requesting the refund

 

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of confirming your request.

Payments Made Via Third Parties

If you paid using a third-party provider (e.g. PayPal, Klarna), their refund processes and timelines may also apply.
