REFUND POLICY
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund.
If you ask us to begin delivering the service during this 14-day period, you agree that:
You may lose your right to a full refund once delivery has started.
If you cancel after delivery has begun, we may deduct a fair amount to cover the work already completed.
After 14 Days
Refunds are not normally available once the 14-day cancellation period has passed.
We may consider refunds outside this period at our discretion if exceptional circumstances apply.
