These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Structured PM Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) through our GDPR StepWise™ service. By purchasing or using our services, you (“client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Basics
Structured PM Ltd is a project management and GDPR compliance consultancy registered in the United Kingdom. We provide GDPR StepWise™, a step-by-step consultancy framework consisting of ten (10) deliverables designed to help organisations achieve GDPR compliance in an affordable and structured way.
Services
Our GDPR StepWise™ service is divided into ten deliverables. Each deliverable may include consultancy, guidance, templates, and/or documentation.
Delivery is primarily through video calls, but in-person meetings may be agreed separately.
You purchase deliverables individually through our online store. We will deliver each purchased deliverable in accordance with an agreed schedule.
Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the services.
You agree to attend scheduled calls or meetings. If you fail to do so, we are not responsible for delays or incomplete delivery.
Compliance with GDPR and any other applicable data protection laws remains your responsibility. Our services provide guidance and support, but final compliance obligations rest with you.
Payments
Each deliverable is paid for in full at checkout as a one-off payment.
Payments may be made using accepted methods on our website, which may include third-party providers (e.g., Klarna). Where third-party payment services are used, their terms and conditions will apply in addition to these Terms.
Refunds & Cancellations
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund, provided that delivery of the service has not begun.
If you ask us to begin delivering a service during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to a full refund. If you cancel after delivery has begun, we reserve the right to deduct a proportionate amount for services already provided.

Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, documents, frameworks, and guidance provided through GDPR StepWise™ remain the intellectual property of Structured PM Ltd.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use such materials solely for internal business purposes.
You must not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise make available our materials to third parties.
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
We will provide services with reasonable skill and care.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that regulatory authorities will not challenge your compliance.
Our total liability arising under or in connection with any deliverable shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for that deliverable.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, business, or reputation.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Clients outside the UK acknowledge that our services are based on UK/EU GDPR requirements, and we make no warranty that services meet compliance obligations in other jurisdictions.
Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
